Nineball.com is a labor of love built by professional poker player and hardcore pool enthusiast Dutch Boyd.  One day not very long ago… Dutch found himself bidding for the domain name, nineball.com, in an auction for expired domains.  As an active domain name investor, he couldn’t believe someone had just let the domain expire.  He saw the value and as a pool enthusiast who had broken over ten thousand racks and lost untold amounts of money to his poker buddies at the great game of nine-ball, he decided to get the name at any cost and build a site about his favorite pool game.  That is how our story begins.
